Once I turned 40 I noticed that my body would not respond to diets and excercise so I slowly gained 15 pounds over a 1 year period. I was so depressed that I basically gave up on all the things I love to do. Then a friend, through persistence introduced me to Isagenix (meaning "Balanced Life"). Not even the birds want to fly. The sun is finally out but the temperature is close to zero degrees. Not fun!<br /><br />Florida is looking better and better. Rick and I spent most of New Year's Eve day cleaning the eight inches of snow we had the night before. The place looks heavenly with all that white.<br /><br /><br />December 31st some local families in <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">Chestertown</span> were out in force enjoying the snowfall and sending off 2007 . It was freezing so it's hard to hold the camera still, even on a tripod. The kids had a ball as you can see. Especially this dad who had to keep himself from falling on top of his daughter - very cute kids!<br /><br />Being in the <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Adirondacks</span> there is so much for the winter sport enthusiast to do. We have the best skiing in the Northeast with Gore Mountain, <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">Whiteface</span> Mountain and several other great ski resorts.
